The Client Success Specialist is the first line of communication for our clients, consulting with clients and prospective clients on our products and pricing, processing orders, coordinating appointments, managing projects, and providing customization upon order completion. It requires a hardworking, accountable, passionate and organized individual who takes pride in their work to accomplish the daily workload of a CSS! We are a collaborative team where our culture is integral to our daily operations. There is certainly never a dull moment in the Client Success Department!
