The Client Success Specialist is the first line of communication for our clients, consulting with clients and prospective clients on our products and pricing, processing orders, and providing customization upon order completion. It requires a hardworking, accountable, passionate and organized individual who takes pride in their work to accomplish the daily workload of a CSS! This is a full-time remote position with competitive compensation and benefits. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
